We are a very small company of two and at CARVE we are committed to keeping the trust and confidence in our tiny company, whether visiting online or attending one of our workshops, you can be assured that your data will be kept safe. We have taken the time to detail exactly how we use your data, just in case you don’t believe us.

Mailing Lists

If you sign up to our regular e-newsletter, either when making a purchase through our online shop or on another page of this website, we will collect personal information as part of the registration process. We use that information: to tell you about anything you’ve asked us to tell you about (like new workshops, blog posts or events you can find us at); to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information (like to let you know we’ve shipped your order or if there are any reasons your order might be delayed or a workshop is cancelled); to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

We use MailChimp, to deliver our newsletters. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our newsletters or by emailing us a hello@wearecarve.com.

Like most websites, our website (www.wearecarve.com) uses cookies to collect information. When Purchasing

When you purchase a product (or products), workshop, gift voucher(s) through our online shop, your name, address data, email and contact number will be stored in our ecommerce system, which is provided by Squarespace.

Credit or debit card information is encrypted. Our website uses Stripe to process your payment.

You may, of course, purchase items in person without supplying the aforementioned personal data. Mailing list sign-ups are often provided at our workshops and any events we take part in. You can find out about our upcoming events through our website or social media accounts.

Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company without your explicit consent.
